Martin is a seasoned HR professional with nearly 30 years of experience empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. His passion lies in developing leaders and teams, fostering a positive work environment, and driving impactful results. He began Invitus to help small to medium sized organizations in the areas of leadership and organizational development, change and team effectiveness.

Martin holds a Master of Business Administration from Maryland University and a Bachelors of Business  Administration degree from Temple University. He also holds a post graduate certificate in Evidenced Based Coaching for Organizational Leadership from Fielding Graduate University.  Martin is certified as an executive coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications in numerous leadership and team effectiveness assessments such as Hogan and Insights Discovery.
